Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview


By joining the Photography Coaching Mentorship Program (hereafter referred to as “the Program”), the mentee agrees to participate in a structured learning experience focused on enhancing their photography skills, business development, and personal growth in the photography field. The Program is designed to help the mentee achieve specific goals, discussed during the first session, and will be customized to meet their needs.

2. Commitment to the Program


The mentee acknowledges and agrees that the Program requires full commitment for a duration of three months (the “Program Period”). This commitment includes attending scheduled sessions, following the teachings, and implementing the strategies outlined throughout the program. Success is contingent on active participation and implementation.

Upon making the full payment or paying the first installment of the monthly option, the mentee will have a grace period of two (2) sessions to decide whether the Program is a good fit for them. After the grace period, no refunds will be issued, and the mentee is expected to fulfill their commitment to the full three-month duration.

The Program is not a “get-rich-quick” scheme. Results depend on the mentee’s consistent effort, practice, and willingness to follow through with the advice provided.

6. Limitation of Liability


The mentor is not responsible for any financial or personal outcomes that result from the mentee’s participation in the Program. The mentor will provide guidance, coaching, and resources, but ultimate success depends on the mentee’s own efforts and commitment.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy


All materials shared during the Program, will remain confidential. The mentee agrees not to share or distribute any content, notes, or teachings from the mentorship without prior written consent. The mentee agrees not to resell or repackage the information learn from the mentorship for the purpose of reselling it.

8. Program Modification and Cancellation


The mentor reserves the right to modify the Program structure, session content, or any other aspect of the Program to fit with the goal that you have provided and the mindset, toolset and skillset that the mentor see needed to move the mentee progress forward. The 3 months is a commitment, so once you signed up you have committed to spend the 3 months immersing in the teaching and focusing on implementign what have discussed in the mentorship.

9. Code of Conduct
Both the mentor and mentee agree to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and courtesy during the Program. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the Program without a refund.


Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Full Payment Option


Once the mentee has made the full payment for the Program, they will have a two-session grace period to assess whether the Program is the right fit for them. If the mentee chooses to cancel within this grace period, they are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees of 10%.

After the grace period expires, no refunds will be issued, and the mentee is financially obligated to complete the full three-month commitment.

2. Refunds for Monthly Payment Option


For mentees who choose the monthly payment option, the $750 USD non-refundable deposit must be paid upfront. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the mentee’s decision to continue or discontinue after the first session.

If the mentee wishes to discontinue the Program after the grace period (i.e., after one sessions), they will not receive a refund for any remaining payments. The mentee is responsible for the full payment of the entire three-month Program. If the mentee discontinues the Program after the grace period, the $750 deposit and any monthly payments made up to that point will not be refunded.

3. No Refunds for Completed Sessions
Once a session has been completed, it is non-refundable. This includes both individual sessions and group coaching calls.
